So this is how the conversation went.
Dallin: "Mom, you know those special pills that I got from the dentist that came to my school, can I have one tonight so that I can get my teeth really clean?"
Mom: "I guess, but it says to only chew half , and then to brush the spots off your teeth?"
After about ten minutes, Chris and I went to check on him. This is what we found.
Mom (between the giggles): "Okay let's get some toothpaste and see if we can get this off." "Uh oh it's not coming off." Maybe you are going to be pink forever."
A a few minutes later.....
Dallin (teary eyed): "It won't come off, I'm going to be pink forever."
Mom: "It will come off tomorrow, now go to bed." "Do you want to use the other pill tomorrow night."
Dallin: "NO!

It is a good thing he likes the color pink. What a scare for him to think he is marked.......with pink teeth. Tell him I think his pink mouth is really kind of cute. What fun, and just think your fun will be soom tripled.
OMGosh! He is so funny. It is hard to believe he is so big now.
